Pastor Paul T. Murphy, the full-time Evangelist at Messiah’s Reformed Fellowship, is responsible for overseeing the evangelistic work of the congregation. He will be responsible for equipping and encouraging the local congregation for evangelism through discipleship training and personal example. 

The short-term goal being to build up the local congregation with a long-term goal of planting churches throughout New York City.
