This Church plant is a work under care of Messiah's Covenant Community Church in cooperation with West Sayville Reformed Bible Church (United Reformed Churches in North America).

MeRF meets for discipleship group at 10am, followed by Divine worship at 11am on Sundays at 241 Water Street (between Peck Slip and Beekman) just 850 yards from Ground Zero in Manhattan.

We seek to bring hope and new life to the Lower Manhattan area through the Gospel of Jesus Christ who is the only Foundation which shall never be shaken or toppled.

Rev. Paul T. Murphy was born in Rome, Italy (1953) and came to this country when he was three. He was raised in an Irish-Catholic neighborhood in the Bronx, N.Y.C.. Although he was an altar boy in the church and attended regularly until age 14 he did not know Jesus Christ personally.
